erm..... nope.. no . not me... 'me'.. hek3.. erm.. maybe we appear to take u for granted.. but it doesnt mean that we do... we work .. hard.. .. to met your expectation.. But after u said it , i think we just dont make it to your level..

we care , we want to help .. but we need to learn first.. how to help and giving our service... the mistake we did.. it is because of our lack of knowledge.. we are sorry.. FYI.. the thing that u mentioned as our priority is actually not really our priority... u just think that we prioritize that stuff.. it's a N0 No....
